All Sunday and daily Masses have resumed under safety protocols The faithful of the Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston are dispensed from the obligation to attend Sunday Mass until further notice. If you are in the vulnerable category (over 65, underlying health conditions or feel sick), you are encouraged to remain at home.
